These terms and conditions (“Terms”) and the Fit Social LLC privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) govern your use of Fit Social’s website fitsocial.us (“Website”), your purchase of tickets for Fit Social events (“Events”), and your attendance at such Events. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

ALL EVENT ATTENDEES ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN FIT SOCIAL’S WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (“WAIVER”). YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY INTO AN EVENT UNTIL YOU SIGN THE WAIVER. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO SIGN THE WAIVER, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A TICKET.

Ticket Purchase and Confirmation
We act as the ticketing agent for those who host Events (“Event Organizer”). Tickets for an Event can be purchased through our Website. Your purchase is considered complete only when payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email containing your ticket details. The Event date, time, and location will also be included in the confirmation email.

Non-Refunds / Not Redeemable
All sales are final, and all ticket purchases are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in Section 3. Tickets are not redeemable for cash and may not be resold by third parties. Fit Social reserves the right to cancel tickets at its discretion if these terms are violated. Merchandise purchases are also non-refundable.

Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled, and Moved Events
The Event Organizer may cancel, postpone, reschedule, or move an Event to a different location. If the Event is canceled, we will issue a refund to the payment method used at the time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer. If the Event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, time, or location. If you are unable to attend, the Event Organizer may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund or credit toward a future Event. Refunds or credits will not exceed the amount you paid for the ticket, and neither Fit Social nor the Event Organizer will be liable for any additional expenses incurred, including travel costs.

No Free Gift Guarantee
Free gifts or promotional offers at Events are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. The Event Organizer reserves the right to withhold such items at their discretion.

Event Participation and Conduct
You agree to comply with all instructions, directions, and rules (“Rules”) communicated by the Event Organizer. Fit Social reserves the right to refuse entry or remove you from an Event without refund if your conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of the Event Rules.

Ownership & Conditional Privilege
The Website and its contents, including text, images, video, and other materials (“Content”), as well as intellectual property rights associated with the Content and Events, are the sole property of Fit Social LLC or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Fit Social grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to use the Website.

Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use automated tools to access, copy, or monitor the Website.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Website or its systems.
Breach security measures on the Website.
Use the Website for unlawful or competitive purposes.
Overload or disrupt Website functionality.
Submit false or misleading information.

Disclaimers
FIT SOCIAL MAKES NO GUARANTEES THAT THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, OR EVENTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. THE WEBSITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE.” YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

Limitation of Liability
FIT SOCIAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE TICKET PURCHASE PRICE OR (2) $100.00. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THIS LIMITATION.

Termination
Fit Social may terminate your access to the Website or Events for violating these Terms without notice. Violations may result in injunctive or equitable relief.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fit Social LLC, its sponsors, advertisers, service providers, and affiliates from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms.

Modification of Terms
Fit Social reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
