‍These terms and conditions (“Terms”) and the Fit Social LLC privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) govern your use of Fit Social’s websites, including fitsocial.us and biohackingdecoded.com (“Websites”), your registration or ticket purchase for Fit Social events (“Events”), and your attendance at such Events. By registering or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Event Registration and Confirmation

Tickets or registrations for an Event can be obtained through our Websites. Your registration is considered complete only when your registration or payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email containing your ticket details. Events may be in-person or virtual. Your ticket or registration provides access only to the Event you registered for, in its specified format. Free tickets are subject to the same Terms as paid tickets.

Attendee Information for Sponsors/Partners

Fit Social may provide Event sponsors or partners with your name and email address for communication related to the Event, promotional materials, or follow-ups. By registering or purchasing a ticket, you consent to this information being shared with sponsors or partners.

Non-Refunds / Not Redeemable

All paid ticket sales are final, and tickets may not be resold by third parties. Free tickets cannot be exchanged for cash. Fit Social reserves the right to cancel tickets or registrations at its discretion if these Terms are violated.

Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled, or Moved Events

Fit Social may cancel, postpone, reschedule, or move an Event to a different location. If the Event is canceled, paid ticket holders will receive a refund to the payment method used at the time of purchase, once funds are received. If the Event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, tickets—paid or free—will remain valid for the new date and time.

Event Participation and Conduct

You agree to comply with all instructions, directions, and rules (“Rules”) communicated by Fit Social. Fit Social reserves the right to refuse entry to in-person Events, or remove virtual attendees from online Events, without refund if conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of Event Rules.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Fit Social LLC.

Messages may include event reminders, schedule updates, registration confirmations, account-related notices, promotions, and announcements related to Fit Social and Biohacking Decoded events and experiences.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

.You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to SMS communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of registration or attendance.

Ownership & Conditional Privilege

The Websites and their contents, including text, images, video, and other materials (“Content”), as well as intellectual property rights associated with the Content and Events, are the sole property of Fit Social LLC or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Fit Social grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to use the Websites.

Restrictions
‍You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to access, copy, or monitor the Websites.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Websites or their systems.
- Breach security measures on the Websites.
- Use the Websites for unlawful or competitive purposes.
- Overload or disrupt Website functionality.
- Submit false or misleading information.

FIT SOCIAL MAKES NO GUARANTEES THAT THE WEBSITES, CONTENT, OR EVENTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. THE WEBSITES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE.” YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITES AND ATTENDANCE AT EVENTS.

Limitation of Liability

FIT SOCIAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE TICKET PURCHASE PRICE OR (2) $100.00. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THIS LIMITATION.

Termination
Fit Social may terminate your access to the Websites or Events for violating these Terms without notice. Violations may result in injunctive or equitable relief.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fit Social LLC, its sponsors, advertisers, service providers, and affiliates from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms.

Modification of Terms

Fit Social reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Websites or attendance at Events constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
